Mental Health First Aid

Adult, Youth, Teen

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based training program that teaches participants how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Through interactive instruction, participants learn practical skills to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem—just as traditional first aid helps with physical health emergencies. MHFA trainings emphasize reducing stigma, building confidence in offering help, and connecting individuals with appropriate professional and community resources. Programs are available for adults, youth, teens, and specialized groups, ensuring that everyone can play a role in fostering safer, more supportive workplaces, schools, and communities. Contact us today to schedule a training or learn more.
