Requirements Met Close to Home
For a clinician in a rural county, continuing education has a travel cost attached to it that clinicians in cities do not pay. We run sessions inside the service area so that meeting a licensure requirement does not mean a day lost on the road.
Recent sessions have focused on pain management and opioid prescribing — an area where West Virginia licensure requirements and clinical practice have both moved quickly.
