Health Careers and College Expo

Dozens of colleges, health systems and professions in one room, for one afternoon each fall.

Dozens of Health Careers, in One Afternoon

The Expo is held at Glenville State University and draws exhibitors from across the region — nursing and dentistry schools, occupational therapy and social work programs, community and technical colleges, hospitals and health systems, and emergency services.

Most of it is hands-on. Students have taken a turn at Stop the Bleed training, tried virtual-reality anatomy, examined respiratory therapy manikins, and walked around a HealthNet Aeromedical helicopter parked outside.

The Expo is typically held in the fall.
